Parts Manager - Matt Cole
Matt Cole, Parts Manager, was born in Gaffney, SC and graduated from Gaffney High in 1997. He started his career at Burns while still in high school and has been here 8 years. Matt has been married to Christol for 5 years and they recently welcomed a daughter, Isabelle.

Parts Associate - Randy Steffey
Randy Steffey is a native Virginian, raised in Tennessee. He served in the Armed Forces before settling in Shelby, NC, along with his wife they have raised four children. Randy has worked in auto parts for 28 years and with Burns for a year.

Service Manager - Butch Self
Butch Self, Service Manager, has been involved in the automotive field for 40 years. 15 of those years have been with Burns Automotive. He and his wife live in Blacksburg and enjoy spending time with their son and grandchildren. He looks forward to helping you with your automotive needs.

Service Advisor - Lynn Tomlinson
Lynn Tomlinson, Service Advisor, has been in the automotive field for 18 years, 17 ½ of those years right here at Burns. Lynn is married and has 4 children. His hobbies include hunting, fishing and camping. Come by and let Lynn answer any questions you may have concerning your auto servicing.

Service Technician - Ben Bratton
Ben has been a service technician since 2006, and has been with Burns since 2007. Ben enjoys playing golf, soccer and football in his spare time. When not working in the shop, Ben enjoys being a church daycare helper, bird watching and browsing eBay. Ben has a very close knit family, and enjoys spending time with them.

Charles Hamrick- Service Technician
Charles has been in the automotive industry since 1998, and has been with Burns since 2006. He is from Mooresboro, NC, and moved to Gaffney in 1975. Charles enjoys Nascar racing and football. In his spare time, he does volunteer work and is also a volunteer firefighter. Charles has 3 children and 7 grandchildren. He has also been married to his wife for nearly 35 years! Charles has been a GM technician since 1998 and a Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep technician since 2006.

Tom- Service Technician
Tom has been in the car industry since 1989, and has been with Burns since 2009. He is originally from New Hampshire, but he moved down south to North Carolina in 1990. Tom enjoys hunting, fishing, cooking, gardening and woodworking. He is engaged to be married, and will soon have a step daughter who is studying Business Economics.

David Manning- Car Detail Specialist
David has been in the automotive industry for all of his life, and has been with Burns since the year 2000. He is from Gaffney which automatically makes him a huge sports fan! He enjoys sports of all kinds. David has one son, Keondre who enjoys playing Power Rangers.
