I WAS DRIVING BY THE DEALERSHIP WHEN I REMEMBERED IT WAS TIME FOR AN OIL CHANGE SO I WHIPPED INTO THE SERVICE LANE. DANIEL WAS AT THE SERVICE COUNTER AS USUAL AND ASKED WHAT THEY COULD DO FOR ME TODAY. I SAID AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. HE REPLIED WE CAN TAKE CARE OF THIS RIGHT NOW. A TECH HAD WALKED INTO THE ROOM AS WAS PULLING IN WHICH WORKED OUT PERFECT. I WAS READY TO GO IN UNDER 30 MINUTES. GREAT JOB BY ALL AND IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASURE WORKING WITH DANIEL.
I brought my car in for an oil change and my 45k maintenance appointment,which was supposed to include having the passenger air filter change and wiper blades checked none of that was done and I was told I would need tires soon and I said I would get some but that I was traveling to Florida the next day and were my tires ok to travel I was assured they were fine(they were not, they bald on the inner side) also I mentioned about a water sound in my dash and a smell when I turn my heat on I was told they were to busy to really check. I had an appointment and felt like my oil was changed and that was it
My problem was not with the service that this dealership gave me my problem is with GM the car is a lemon but new off the lot had four miles on it when I bought it and it has been in the car for service and recalled Parts more than I've enjoyed the car absolutely junk
