had oil change and tires rotated..but onstar gave me notice that air was low in tire once I got home..so not sure if tech checked the air in tire when they rotated them..i called burns but they said tech was on vacation..i cant complain about the wait time..r being able to get on schedule for the service..
I brought my car to Burns Chevrolet to get an oil change and my wind shield wipers looked at, as they were not working. When my husband called on Saturday, June 8th, he explained that I needed an oil change and my wind shield wipers looked at. Never was it mentioned that it would cost $110.00 for someone to tell me that they are not working for a "diagnosis fee" IF I choose not to let you fix it. Obviously we knew they weren't working. Considering the hood needed to be popped and one piece removed to diagnose the problem, that is ridiculous. I have bought 3 cars from Burns in the past and our salesman David was awesome. The service department is rude and rips customers off. $348 for a part that is $40 online (I did my research) and an oil change is absolutely absurd. I will never be back to Burns Chevrolet for service or to purchase my next vehicle. Jackson was also rude when I told him this. I quote "I'm sorry you feel that way" is what he told me. Good luck ripping off the next person because it will not be me.
Awesome like always, the only thing I have to complain about is after I got home I noticed grease and oil on my driver door and rear driver door handle after I had my oil changed, but I really enjoy coming there for my service, I know quite a few people that are working there which my every experience a great one
