I got the “bait and switch” technique. They offered me a $10,000 rebate on a new truck then took it away to give my timken employees discount which was way less and i paid more than sticker price for the truck. Will NEVER buy another vehicle from BURNS again!
They rotated the tires but didn’t bother to check the air pressure. To expensive for what you get. Did not want to let me use my debit card like a credit card as it is intended. The lady even try to cancel the payment when realized I had already pushed the correct item make it a credit purchase. I wont be back.
I'm Not so sure they put the type oil my truck usually gets. I was in a hurry so didn't say anything. I normally get Mobile one synthetic looking at the price, about half of what it usually is. Maybe this one time won't hurt
We randomly called about having trouble with their website. They gave us the right link and were very helpful. We looked at the link, found what we were looking for and headed to the dealership. I couldn’t remember who I spoke with but the salesman who answered that phone call new exactly who I was. He didn’t miss a beat. Couldn’t have found a better salesman.
Got me in as soon as they opened @ 0730, was out by 0803. Went for an oil change, good price. Maybe the only thing was the check engine light was on. I would of checked that for free to find out why it was on. Just my opinion. Nobody goes the extra mile anymore to give excellent service.
