Matt Dylan and Jessica all were helpful and communicated the issues on my Tahoe. However the Coperate call Center was difficulty to deal with on an issue with the fuel pump module.

She wasn't available that day, but Kirsten Bostic was there, and she made the whole buying process so easy, that we ended up leaving with a new Chevy Trax. 😄 She is an awesome sales person and answered all of our questions. I have only purchased two new vehicles in my lifetime and I’m 70 years old. I have purchased several used during that same time. Burns Chevrolet in Gaffney along with Jason Jones and the finance man made purchasing a new vehicle as smooth as glass. We were treated well. Our questions were answered, but most of all they were not pushy and we got what we wanted for an amount I was pleased with. If you’re looking for another vehicle, talk to Jason! I was raised with a father that worked in underwriting automotive dealer insurance policies, and I've heard it all- I experienced nothing but kindness and positivity with Burns. My truck was serviced quickly. A small oil leak was identified. Several small things filter and wipers need replacing. I will take care of those. The oil leak will be investigated further on the next change

Ordered a new grill piece to replace the discolored one on my brand new Trax

Dylan is very nice. The only problem I have is I have an alert that says the engine air filter is expired and I had a brand new filter put in.

Dylan was professional and friendly. Had to have the transmission replaced in my truck and he was very informative and helpful with scheduling. After the work was done and vehicle was picked up, I called him about the engine light being on. He was very friendly and told me to bring it back as soon as possible. Problem was fixed and I was on my way .

I'll start by saying the sales lady was very professional. Second I was surprised to see that the price online wasn't some ploy to get you in the door. But the second person who tried to sell me on a $3,500 warranty was a little pushy. I mean are you selling cars that are that subject to break down? I've bought dozens of vehicles over the years and understand that the technology on these vehicles are subject to failure. I do not like or care about all the added features. All they say to me is that if they do break it's just that much more expensive to fix. Ive bought from you in the past and may buy again in the future. The overall experience was good at best. The fact you would not even throw in a set of floor mats is kinda amazing. I do not know the exact margin on the vehicle but I'm sure you made plenty. I purchased a set of mats for the vehicle for $71.00 from front to back cargo space that fit perfectly. That is half the price I was quoted of $150 after using my GM points. The vehicle seems to run fine and gas mileage is better than i expected. Hope this helps you in future dealings with buyers who actually have done the research before they come in to purchase. One last thing when you call the service department and ask about an item and they ask you have you spoken to the parts department because their answer was I DONT KNOW! Well shouldn't they have checked their computer or maybe call parts to find out? I mean they are the service department just saying. I know a this is lengthy but it's just my experience with Burns in Gaffney SC on the purchase of a 2026 Chevrolet trax LT. Have a nice day.

I made a 7:30am appointment and the advisor was there and ready for my service. I arrived a little early but he greeted me with a smile. It didn’t take them long to service my vehicle. He also told me about my Chevy points that I had available to use towards my payment.

This is for Burns Chevy in Gaffney, they took my car 5 minutes before my appointment, kept me updated on progress and had me out the door in less than 45 minutes. I don’t go to the Rock Hill dealership for service any longer, as I have not received the same results

All of the staff were very professional and friendly and helpful. However the repair to air-conditioning unit only last a couple of days. I have not had time to bring car back to be serviced.

I can't begin to express my gratitude to have found a Chevy Dealership that made me feel more at home and confident in their workmanship. Dylan greeted me with such a cheerful and eager attitude that I felt as if I was experiencing "consierge" level treatment. He arranged the details of the service expected and the car was taken in without delay. I also interacted with one of the techs coming back into the service area and had a chuckle complimenting him on his "doorman" service. The waiting room was quiet, the coffee was perfect and to get a detailed service report via email really impressed me. After looking at other options I came back with a counteroffer we agreed on. Quick and smooth deal. I had running boards included in the purchase. We recently purchased a Chevy Equinox 2023 4 days into owning it fuel pump went , they replaced it in 2 days and gave me a loaner , thank you for that not even two days later it broke down again so at this point I dont know what's wrong but they are handling it

I had a diagnostic done for a check engine light and the charge pipe was cracked from the intercooler to the throttle body! Was going to have it fixed at burns,but the pipe and labor came to 1012.00,this is just insane for the tube and labor! You guys really need to adjust your prices on parts and labor and I think you would do better

My wife and I are long-term customers at Burns for a reason - they are great! I had a chance to work with Jason and Brianna a few weeks ago as I was considering the purchase of a new Chevy Suburban. No pressure, honest, easy to work with. One of the few places where you can go in, ask questions, do a test drive, and easily say, "...I am going to think about it..." without the pressure.
