Excellent quick service!

Arrived a little early for my appointment.,I was greeted by name by the service advisor. My vehicle was taken to service department before the scheduled time. I was kept updated on the progress by text messages. When service was completed, service advisor told me and took me to the payment desk. The clerk there was very friendly. She asked if I had any questions about the service of the charges. She told be to have a great rest of my day and asked me to please come again

Clean and friendly

Service is always great and I have never had any problems

Took car in Saturday with check engine light. Was told it would be Monday before anyone could look at it. Left car because I could not get it there on Monday. In a couple of hours service advisor called and told me a technician had come in and he check and repaired my car. I picked it up a couple of hours later.

Huge shout-out to the team at Burns Chevrolet in Gaffney, SC! The level of professionalism and efficiency here is unmatched. I worked with Alaina, who was brilliant. Despite arriving close to closing, she happily stayed to help, listened to my needs, and quickly negotiated a great deal and a good value for my trade. The entire process was smooth, fast, and transparent. Scott, the Finance Manager, was a whiz, getting the final paperwork done in what felt like record time. I appreciated being kept updated and having all my new car's features explained thoroughly before driving off. No drama, no tricks, just a perfectly managed, hassle-free car purchase. Highly recommend Alaina, Scott, and the whole Burns team!

Jimmy helped me during my car buying process and I can’t say enough wonderful things about him. Our experience purchasing a car here was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. We didn’t feel rushed or pushed into making a decision on a car. The man working in finance was also incredibly kind and helpful. I live 30 minutes away but will be returning for all my cars care.

Was greeted by the service department upon my arrival, who explained where the waiting room was located. Received a text to explain how I could keep track on the progress on my truck. Service on my truck was completed in a timely manner. I was walked to the payment center. After paying, I was thanked for my business.

No high pressure sales tactics from salesman. I told him what I was interested in and what I was willing to pay. Initially, we couldn’t agree on a deal. After looking at other options I came back with a counteroffer we agreed on. Quick and smooth deal. I had running boards included in the purchase. Installation was scheduled promptly and work completed professionally. I am pleased I chose Burns!

The employee’s are so nice

Matt Dylan and Jessica all were helpful and communicated the issues on my Tahoe. However the Coperate call Center was difficulty to deal with on an issue with the fuel pump module.

My salesperson Kristen Boston was very professional, informative and very helpful in getting the deal done. Scott Young was also great in going over all the finances and paperwork. Kuddos to the Burns team.

We had originally stopped by to get a appraisal for our Yukon from Kirsten Holskey. She wasn't available that day, but Kirsten Bostic was there, and she made the whole buying process so easy, that we ended up leaving with a new Chevy Trax. 😄 She is an awesome sales person and answered all of our questions. She showed us a variety of cars and got us into the one that we both liked and agreed on for our budget. Thank you Kirsten for your help. You deserve a free lunch or vaca day.. lol 😉

The service department at Burns Chevy is top notch. They treat me like a loved family member. This is my third vehicle from Burns Chevy and the service department is a big part of my decision to buy there.

I took my mom to Burns Dealership to look at the Chevy Trax. We first worked with Kristen to get mom preapproved and an appointment set up. Kristen was super helpful and very friendly and patient. When we got to the dealership worked with Wendell and he was awesome! He wasn't pushy and he helped get us the best deal we could. I would absolutely come back to Burns for my next vehicle! Mom loves her new Trax!

First time here. Upon exiting my Equinox, I got a friendly greeting. I was shown to the waiting area. I was given a list of things they recommended, including price. I will use this dealer again for my Chevy needs!

Everything was simple....the way it should be. Burns had fantastic reviews online so that made my mind up. They did not disappoint! Hard to find a straightforward, honest dealership these days. As someone who spent 30 yrs in the military I demand honesty and transparency. I HIGHLY recommend Burns...... you wont have regret I assure you.

I was raised with a father that worked in underwriting automotive dealer insurance policies, and I've heard it all- I experienced nothing but kindness and positivity with Burns. Kristen H and Bri were transparent, kind, worked hard to help me get what I wanted in a way I could afford, and made the experience fantastic. I will absolutely make the trip back to Gaffney for my husband and children as they purchase new cars, and show them what low pressure, helpful sales processes look like. I was still being pursued by two other dealers trying to put me in vehicles I didn't really want, Kristen H and Bri have won my business and that of my family, staff, anyone who wants a different car!

We recently purchased a Chevy Equinox 2023 4 days into owning it fuel pump went , they replaced it in 2 days and gave me a loaner , thank you for that not even two days later it broke down again so at this point I dont know what's wrong but they are handling it

Dylan is very nice. The only problem I have is I have an alert that says the engine air filter is expired and I had a brand new filter put in.
